East Andover, Massachusetts, is a borough in the state of Massachusetts. The city includes the towns of East Andover, West Andover, Cilleyville, and Potter Place. The latter was named for an African-American illusionist. There are also many schools in East Andover, including Andover Public Schools and Andover Junior High. Population: 5,220 in 2016.
