Golts city is located in Maryland. The population of the city is relatively small. There are a few major parks and airports in the city, but not many people live there. While this may make the city's crime rate appear higher, it should not be interpreted as a sign of danger for the people living in Golts.
The six Iranian cities included in the study were chosen for their cultural and geographic diversity, and were selected to represent the wide range of variation in the population. For each city, a percentage of street children was calculated using a median estimate of the total population, and the same percentage of street children was calculated for the city's five-to-18-year-old population. The total population of Iran in 2018 is also included in the study.
