Mount Victoria is a small village located within the City of the Blue Mountains in New South Wales, Australia. The city is 120 kilometers (70 mi) west of the city of Sydney. At an altitude of 1,052 metres, Mount Victoria is the westernmost village within the Blue Mountains region. The 2011 census recorded a population of 823 people. The township has a total area of 1.08 square kilometers (0.3 sq mi) and is home to more than one hundred and twenty-two businesses.

The city is located within the Wellington Town Belt, which was granted to the city in 1873 for public recreation. The Mount Victoria city area is primarily covered with pines, maooka and other plantation trees, although the area has been planted with New Zealand kaka in recent years. A number of walking and mountain biking trails are also available in the area. There are a number of public parks and recreation areas in the city, as well as a school and an old monastery.

The Mount Victoria study area is comprised of a small commercial district with a mix of land uses. The area includes a post office and general store adjacent to the highway, a hotel, a guesthouse, cafes, cinemas, and other businesses. It also contains residential dwellings and commuter parking areas. It also has an informal parking area where people can park their cars without a permit.
