The population of Strathcona is 44, and is a city in Roseau County, Minnesota. The city has an elevation of 1,125 feet (343 m) above sea level. The city has an overall area of 0.49 square miles (1.27 km2), and is home to 18 housing units. The majority of Strathcona residents are White, with a minority of Asian, Black, and other ethnicities.

The neighbourhood has been a hub for cultural and immigrant activity. Chinese and Asian immigrants have long populated the neighbourhood. In recent years, affluent and middle-class population have moved in. Many family-owned corner stores and art galleries dot the Strathcona landscape.
