Regardless of the city's political makeup, Mayor Morrill's approach is pleasant and patient. He listens eagerly, and is willing to challenge preconceived notions. Despite this, he is willing to work with people who may not have the best interests of the City in mind. While I do not necessarily support him on every issue, I admire the way he has handled difficult situations in his role.
