Parks City's population was estimated at 8,299 people in 2016 by the U.S. Census Bureau. The city is largely non-Hispanic white, with only a small minority of people of color. The city has a population of about 1.1% black, 0.1% Native American, and 2.2% Asian residents. Hispanics make up 16.8% of the population. This number is much higher than you might expect, but you can't ignore the fact that people of color tend to use Parks City more than white people.
