Centerport, New York Statistic: Population, Charts, Map, Steets and More

When it comes to population statistics, Centerport is no exception. The city has a population of 5,447 people, and the median household income is $103,945. In contrast, neighboring cities like East Meadow and Wyandanch have lower rent burdens. In fact, 8.9% of Centerport City households are renters. This number is consistent with the city's economic situation, but the data doesn't necessarily tell you everything about the city.

The Village is made up of a few distinct neighborhoods. One is the "Singer's Slum." This neighborhood is home to many opera singers, composers, and simsense actors. This neighborhood is located north of FuchiTown. It has a small harbor on the Hudson River, and a riverside park. Inwood is also home to some of Centerport's best restaurants and bars.

The city's center district is mostly human, with a small percentage of elves. The surrounding neighborhood is mostly commercial and business, with blocks to the south being residential slums. In addition to the downtown district, there are several affluent neighborhoods. The Southside neighborhood is primarily human, with Stuyvesant Town Condoplex and the Gashouse District. The city is also home to the Meatpacking District.

In late 2004, a boutique hotel opened on Rivington Street, a glass-walled structure amidst tenements and row houses. The hotel provided a stark contrast to the neighborhood's slums. However, the riots erupted in a coordinated attack on the military and law enforcement. After this incident, law enforcement personnel were pulled out of the area, leaving the immigrants to face the street gangs on their own.
