Center Valley City has a diverse population. While most residents are between the ages of 18 and 24, there are also some residents under the age of 18. According to the 2010 census, the population of Center Valley City was 6,555. This makes it the 12th largest city in North Dakota. It is a thriving community that is only an hour's drive from Fargo. It is a small town with ample amenities.

Center Valley is an unincorporated community located one mile north of Coopersburg. It is situated on Pennsylvania Route 378 and Pennsylvania Route 309, in Upper Saucon Township. The city is part of the larger Lehigh Valley, which has a population of 861,899 and is the 68th largest metropolitan area in the U.S. The historic Centennial Bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989 and was demolished in 2013.

Center Valley City is home to the headquarters of the Olympus Corporation of the Americas, JetPay, and Aesculap, a subsidiary of B. Braun. It is also home to several notable companies and organizations, including the Patriot League and the Utah Grizzlies ice hockey team.
