There are several interesting facts about the population and steets in Bullfrog City. The town was founded in 1876 and was the site of the Waynesville Mill along the Richland Creek. Today, the mill is no longer standing. The town was also known for its livery stable and several other businesses. Many of the buildings are still standing, but most of them were constructed after 1910.

There were about 13,900 households in the city, which was fairly evenly distributed. Twenty-four percent of residents were under the age of 18, while another eleven percent were between the ages of 18 and 24. Forty-four percent of households were married couples. The median age was forty-two years old. There were also 25.3% of single individuals and 11.2% of elderly people living alone. The average household size was two and a half people.

The demographics of Bullhead City are generally stable, and the population is home to two full-service hospitals and a community college. The city also serves as a shopping hub for the surrounding tri-state area. The city was first mentioned on the U.S. Census in 1980 as Bullhead City-Riviera. In 1984, it incorporated under the name Bullhead City. This city has appeared in every subsequent census.
