When it comes to the demographics of Fillmore City, the Keith and the Center neighborhoods have some interesting facts to offer. The City Center neighborhood has a very diverse population. The most common racial origins are Dutch, English, German, and Mexican. The median age of the population is thirty years. The male population outnumbers the female population 101.7 to 1.

The city's Juvenile Liaison Program with the school district and the Citizens Patrol Disaster Response Team provide services to the city and its residents.
