Cutten, California, is a suburban city that contains a number of small and medium-sized homes. These homes generally have one to two bedrooms and are occupied by either renters or owners. Many of the homes were built between 1940 and 1969. However, some were built later, in the 1970s and early 2000s.

The population of Cutten is fairly diverse. The majority of residents identify as English, Welsh, Danish, and German. The number of Welsh residents in the area is also high. Those with Danish ancestry are also plentiful in the area. While some neighborhoods are wealthy, others are less prosperous. The high poverty rate is an indicator of social issues, especially in gated communities. Therefore, it's important to know the demographics of a neighborhood before making a move.

This study was conducted by surveying working groups of residents in each neighborhood. The survey was conducted between July and October 2020. Using this methodology, the researchers were able to compare areas in each neighborhood. The data was collected from working groups that were composed of mostly female adults. These groups also included some young people.
