The population of Paloma City is approximately 36,000 residents. The city is the de facto capital of the Free Socialist State of Paloma, and is home to the Supreme Paloman Building, the Estate of the President of the Republic of Pajaro, and the Communist Party of Paloma. The city is also the de facto capital of the British Hong Kong Government in Exile, whose parliament is held in the garage next to Sexton and Kilfoil drains.
