The city's 26th anniversary is celebrated on May 25th. During the day, a community dinner is held, and children are invited to bring sandwiches to share. In the evening, the Mopac House will be open to the public for skating and dancing with Merton Smith and the Midnight Ramblers. On the evening of May 27, the Senior class banquet is held at the Mopac House, where the Right Reverend Clinton S. Quin will preach and address the Senior class.
